Own meaningful chunks of our backend platform. Design and ship production services, mentor juniors, and influence technical decisions. For engineers past the "learning the basics" stage who are ready for more autonomy.
Lead technical direction for major platform components. Architect systems, set engineering standards, mentor the team, and ship production code yourself. Senior engineers here stay in the code.
Own the data layer of our platforms — schema design, PL/SQL development, performance tuning, and the deep work that separates a database that scales from one that doesn't. Heavy lift on Oracle internals.
Own the LLM layer of our products. Design prompts, build evaluation frameworks, architect RAG systems, and debug failure modes systematically. Real engineering work — not "ChatGPT prompt influencer" stuff.
Founding engineer on our agentic AI practice. Build deterministic-first agent systems across fintech, HR, and other regulated domains. Lead architecture, write production code, shape our public point of view.
Lead our use of modern AI dev tooling — Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Cursor. Ship faster, build low-code agents for clients, set the standard for what AI-native engineering looks like.
A short, respectful process — typically 2-3 weeks from first conversation to offer for strong candidates.
30 min with a senior engineer. We learn about your work; you learn about ours. No technical screening — just a real conversation.
60–90 min walking through a real problem. No whiteboarding algorithms, no LeetCode. We're looking for how you think.
A short engineering exercise you can do in 3-4 hours. We skip this if your existing work history makes it unnecessary.
